Thanks to sinboy, I hear about this. Go read the article, then come back and let me put the following in bold so it becomes crystal clear:

Actually, I meant that I can't wait until a kid of one of the Rhea County administrators who approved this idiotic measure comes out. Then they'll be faced with having to imprison their own child.

(yeah, I know, some of them will probably be happy to do it, but hopefully it'll make *some* people stop and think)
