It is horribly bad there when it comes to that. I've seen the "God Hates Fags" picketers out on the sidewalks many times while living there. They even have children out there holding the signs, preaching this ignorance.

This makes me so terribly sick.

Reading that leaves my numb. Absolutely numb. These so-called christians are the ones who give christianity a bad name. Whatever happenned to "Love the sinner. Hate the sin."? Let me add that I don't agree with the church's stance on this because I view homosexuality to be as natural a part of the life cycle as heterosexuality. A bit clinical, but I digress. If these animals are found, my first urge is to put them down like a rabid dog.

I just cannot believe the sheer fucked-up-edness of some people.

The one thing that seems to be a constant in these type of cases is the men who inflict these attacks are so called anti-homosexuals. If they were really so disgusted by homosexual actions they could never bring themselves to "rectally" invade someone in any way, even under the guise of violence. You just know they probably enjoyed the violation sexually as well as violently. Sick fucks.

Phelps is so bugfuck raving wacko out-there that not even the ~~Rove~~ Bush administration would want to be associated with him -- it might nail down the extreme religious right's votes, but it'd lose him everyone else's.

Frankly, though, I can imagine how little time and effort Topeka, Kansas PD is going to put into investigating this....
