The update is that I have no idea what the hell is going on. We (and I assume the other stations they host) were promised 2-5 hours at most. That was much earlier on Saturday and now nothing. To say that I'm furious right now is understating it immensely. It wouldn't have been so awful if we'd have gotten even the least bit of warning we were going to be off the air but they didn't even see fit to let us know it was going to happen! This was a planned move, not being knocked off the air by the hurricanes like last time, so there's absolutely no excuse whatsoever for this.

I am truly sorry this is happening, but there's not a fat lot I can do about it. I'm going to slug down about a bottle of Pepto to calm my galloping digestive system and try and get some sleep.
Alright. I'm now using our backup stream for its intended purpose. Go to the main Radio Nosferatu page and do the Jack In bit. This will be our stream until such time as Liquid Compass gets their head out of their ass and gets us back online. *At which time the stream will go bandy again as we switch back to the main feed but I can't do anything about that. All you'll have to do is go to the Jack In link again once I get the stream changed back in the listen.pls file.*

I realize I'm likely being horribly unfair about all of this name calling but these dumb SOBs are doing the station out of listeners and potential business and with no warning any of it was going to happen. I'm going to bed now.

*AARRGGHH*

What the hell has this station got to do to catch a friggin' break, already? The main stream is STILL down, we're running on the backup - which, DJs, is the one you usually use to do shows and will be occupied this week until Liquid Compass gets their act back together.

How the hell are we supposed to build a loyal listener base like this?
