For those that thought that there has not been a full scale war lanched against liberals; for those who didn't take the radical right's promise to "eradicate liberals" seriously, I present to you, Exhibit A: East Waynesville Baptist Church has just kicked out all its Democratic members.

Synopsis: The minister said if you supported John Kerry or the Democratic Party, you are against the Church. 9 members said the minister led the charge to excommunicate them because of issues of abortion and homosexuality.

He said they had to repent and agree to vote Republican. 40 other members resigned in protest.
I'm getting lots of lovely Latin music to play for you, this evening. *Requests will be off*, tonight, at least until after the main event of the evening (MST3K - Samson vs. The Vampire Women).

I should be getting started about 7 eastern, with our main event starting at either 11 eastern or midnight eastern, depending on people's moods. Also, because of the rather festive nature of the proceedings, I'll be running the conclusion of Power Of The Daleks and Red Hot Subgenius Lovin' on Sunday night.

Don't forget, Rocky Horror Picture Show tomorrow night at midnight eastern.
I need people to go to the main Radio N page and click the Jack In! link, either one. I need to know if you're getting this error:

[playlist]
NumberOfEntries=1
File1=http://sc1.liquidviewer.com:9946/

In short, is it not feeding it straight through to whatever you use for streaming audio and bringing that up in your browser, instead? I really need to know, folks. Thanks.

EDIT: ESPECIALLY people who use Firefox browsers, I should add. It seems as though Firefox is being wonky.

EDIT 2:

So apparently both Nutscrape and Firefox don't like our Jack In link.

Problem solved.

Go here.

It's a nifty little Firefox plugin that gets you all set. The version I had before (that I had completely forgotten about) required a little bit of setup. This new version apparently has a setup wizard, but even if that doesn't work it can't be any easier to set up.

Thanks for the heads up, Queenie. I'll post on the main page about it later, as I've got to get dindins started.

Go here if you need info. Remember, MST3K - "Samson vs. The Vampire Women" later tonight. I've got lots of lovely blues, latin music and assorted mayhem in the works.

NOTE: Requests will be down until after the main event of the evening. "Main event" being rather a uniquely appropriate turn of phrase in this instance.

EDIT: I almost forgot - HAPPY NO PANTS DAY!
MST3K time!

Again I say unto you, Viva El Santo!
