Yes, folks, it's War Of The Worlds night again. I'll be playing tunes right up until eight eastern at which point I'll do the yearly airing of the Mercury Theater's broadcast of The War Of The Worlds, indisputably one of the most famous events in radio history. That will be followed by Jeff Wayne's musical version done to commemorate the 40th anniversary in 1978.
