Tonight's menu -

Smoked grilled salmon fillet (Balsamic vinegar and roasted garlic marinade I got from Tyler Florence on Food Network)

Smoked grilled scallops (Teriyaki and honey marinade)

Don't know the exact fat content, but I'll lay odds it's pretty minimal.

Broccoli with hollandaise (Probably the only item with any real fat content, but the "butter" used is lite margarine with calcium)

*sigh* yeah, I know...but I am originally from Illinois, so you never know when I might just stop by...hee hee...or, you could take a nice vacation to Arizona and come to my house and make me a nummy dinner!
