Columbia, Mo is getting both a Waffle House and an IHOP.

WHEE! It's been a -long- time since the IHOP there died. Are they putting it back in the same building? IIRC it was out on the business loop, and has been a series of strange businesses since then. And Waffle Houses are, always, a joy to behold.

No, it's in the burgeoning area out by Megamarket and Sam's Club, if that rings any bells.
