Whoopsie!

A controversial proposed bill to prohibit gays, lesbians and single people from using medical procedures to become pregnant has been dropped by its legislative sponsor.

State Sen. Patricia Miller, R-Indianapolis, issued a one-sentence statement this afternoon saying: “The issue has become more complex than anticipated and will be withdrawn from consideration by the Health Finance Commission.”

(I'll translate that for you, folks: somebody got hold of her and clued her candy ass in that it wouldn't stand a snowball's chance in hell of passing and would end up being a complete embarrassment to the GOP at absolute best, if not cause endless lawsuits and turn off one whack of a lot of votes. To Senator Miller, I say this: have fun twisting in the wind on this one, you sick bitch.)
