there's a company in montana that makes figurines out of poo. i remember running across their turd birds back in the 80's, which i think may still be on the market.

The National Zoo makes garden decorations out of elephant dung. You put it in the garden, and it decomposes over time in the rain. I think they call them Zoo Doo or something.
