Those with more military savvy than I can maybe explain this

Video of IEDs being blown up wayyyy off in the distance, apparently.

Why do I say apparently? Because unless you're living somewhere other than the United States, you can't see it. "This video is not viewable in your country" kind of stuff.

Can somebody please explain to me why, apparently, we here in the U.S. aren't allowed to see a big boom way off in the distance?

I would guess this has less to do with censorship by google, and more to do with whatever drm rules the uploader provided. I've never uploaded a video to google, so I'm not 100% sure, but I do work with DRM and it's well within the realm of possibility to tie a ruleset in with GeoIP and block certain IP ranges based on country of origin.
