In brief, Spidey, Mary Jane and Aunt May at this point are living in Avengers Tower. What follows is beyond hilarious, and I wish could remember what issue this was from so I could buy the goodness.
While the above scene is excellent, the overall Marvel continuity is stupidly bad. And some particularly egregious blunders/bad decisions were made in the Spidey continuity.
