Ya know

I could really do without near constant screaming lower back pain. When bending over to put car keys back in Ranada's purse after fetching Diet Coke from the back seat is a painful chore, it's just getting to be way too much.

chiropractor and/or acupuncture. shattered my spine in 1997, several vertebrae and discs were broken, apart from the one problem which currently is causing sciatica, all is good. ok so it cost £2.5k and 3 years to fix by a chiropractor (who also practised acupuncture), but meh it sure beats a wheelychair and constant pain.

I hope you feel better soon.
