Warrantless eavesdropping unconstitutional!

So, of course the whiny ass tittybaby bitches known as the neo-con blogosphere (redundant, I know) are having a coronary. Also, Flush Limbaugh is whining that she's a Carter appointee as though that has anything to do with the point of her ruling, which is that Dubya and his fellow warmongers can do all the turrist spyin' they want, just don't break the damn law to do it. Well, I'm sure all those fine upstanding dimwitted freaks whining about her ruling will rush right out and enlist so they can be right on the front lines! Yeah, right. That'd be like the nutless wonders at CNN devoting more time to covering this than the dubious confession of a mentally unbalanced "teacher" to the murder of Jon-Benet Ramsey.

Warrantless eavesdropping is only unconstitutional if you pay attention to that pesky 4th Amendment. This was a good decision, even for a Carter appointee.

However, it's worth remembering that only the 9th Circuit is overturned more often than the 6th. There are still the appeals court and the Supreme Court remaining.

I'll try to stay hopeful, because this one really ought to be a slam dunk.
