This morning, Herself had to have all four tires replaced on the car to the tune of nearly four hundred dollars. Just now, I find out the main Radio Nosferatu feed is off the air until Monday because of supposed non-payment which is a complete crock and I can prove it. I've been having qualms about using Liquid Compass anyway, because the company prez is a RIAA Reporter and that sticks in my craw. But for now, they're the only game in town as far as I can tell.

Anyway, the household is down a thousand dollars in the space of two days after the heater repair. Yeah, Christmas is going to just a tad slim this year. Oy. Likewise gevalt.

Well, it's not some sort of contest...bad things happen to everyone, all of the time. It's not a question of who's worse off or who has the right to feel sad and disappointed...we all do.

I mean, my situation really sucks, but at least I'm not in a wheelchair or blind, right? I should count my blessings...
