Radio Nose Ferret Friday Night - Shrimp etouffee. Mmmm.

Thanks to The New Orleans Bingo Show and a certain other tasty New Orleans dish of note (that would be you, [livejournal.com profile] idiomagic dear ;)), I made shrimp etouffee tonight and oh my goodness is it good.
