He might not be so hot at character dialogue, but he does do DRAMA! so very well. OTOH, Steven Moffet does better plots I think, and he really nails the character stuff!

It's a pity RTD is such a micro-managing ego-maniac, because it's so much better when they get along, stick to doing what they do best and collaborate on the script.
