Near the end of the sketch -- here, let me watch it again. Okay, at about 3:00, Ryan starts speaking fake Transylvanian. At 3:11, Colin says, "If only Mira was here," and they show a shot of a pretty lady in the audience. Obviously, she was involved in an earlier bit. :)
