In case you missed it, on ysterday morning's Good Morning America, Bill O'Reilly (if reluctantly) conceded he could no longer buy the whole WMD wheeze the administration was pushing.

(Here's a link to the story.)

Wellllll, the neo-conservative pundits of our citizenry are apparently starting to register their opinions of Bill having the guts to admit what he did. Take this guy, for example.

I wish I could say it was unbelievable, but I can't.

If it weren't all so tragic with all the brave soldiers Bush is getting killed in Oil War 2...i'd say we're in the middle of a Monty Python sketch.

Blaiming Tenet is just another way of passing the buck back to Clinton. What ever happened to "the buck stops here."

Personal responsibility or accountability never got anyone elected or reelected. ;-)

If there were no WMD, that only validates the point that Saddam was not in compliance with Resolution 1441 since his cat-and-mouse games STILL have us confused as to whether he truly had them or not. (Where's the evidence of their destruction?)

If they weren't found, they just must have been really well hidden, right?

The mind boggles at the stupidity of some people.

It isn't worth the trouble of signing up for this, but I laughed over this line:

his cat-and-mouse games STILL have us confused as to whether he truly had them or not. (Where's the evidence of their destruction?)

Number of nuclear weapons currently in service with the US? Classified.

Status of the US biowar program? Classified.

Location and deployment of the USN's Fleet Ballistic Missile Sub (SSBN) fleet? Classified.

Deployments of Navy SEAL Teams? Classified, most of the time.

We do everything we can to keep our enemies and allies alike confused about the status of our WMD. And gosh, who in the world listens to UN resolutions they don't like? We certainly don't.

I don't know why everyone hates Bill O'Reilly so much. I don't agree with a lot of what he says, but I'm glad there is someone out in the media who represents a great deal of peoples oppinions in our country. I don't want to start a debate here, but do you not agree? He IS a pretty intelligent guy, and he makes several good points.
