Illegal, that is, for women only of course. Nothing is said about men. Ladies, I apologize on behalf of my half of the species for this neanderthal.

I have 2 peircings there...outer labia both sides with 10 gadge rings. Hurt worse than childbirth with no drugs...which I've gone through as well. I tell people not to get them, even though I have them. It's my advice, but its up to the rest to take the advice. I'm not saying make it illegal, I'm just saying I don't recommend it. What I do think should be made illegal is those practices in countries where they cut off the girl's clit ...they call it 'birth control' so the woman doesn't enjoy sex. Mutilation by another is not ok, but feel free to mutilate yourself all you want. Just hear the warnings of others that have already done it.
