I call it Powell is fed the fuck up and not taking it anymore.

Well, yes. Lying as a pretext for war counts as treason. It is an impeachable offense, not that his buddies on the hill are going to consider it.

I don't think that would stick. I don't know, but I don't think there's enough conclusive evidence to make that charge stick, especially in impeachment proceedings.
