That's sphincters tightening over at CNN. The following occured after John Kerry's speech, and was apparently broadcast worldwide, with no one at CNN the wiser (insert joke here).

According to friend of mine who works for a news service and was there to hear this all, fifteen minutes later, they still had no balloons.

It took them three days to get those balloons set up!
