I've made it clear exactly why I feel the way I feel and do things the way I do, but just to put a fine point on it, allow me to introduce Adam Yoshida.

If you think you've heard the most vile, depraved, sickening rants from the farthest of the far right, you obviously haven't read this piece of work. But thanks to The Wise And Holy Eschaton, let me give you a particularly chilling passage from one of his recent spewings of bile:

If anyone needs to work to “bring the country together” it’s those on the left who have divided it so badly. Those who sought to destroy this great man should get down upon their knees and beg the victors for mercy. And maybe, just maybe, we’ll let a few of them linger on for the simple reason that they amuse us. My life’s goal is to see the Democratic Party virtually obliterated and left as a rump of people like Stephanie Herseth who both mostly agree with us anyways and are easy on the eyes.

That’s the future of the Democratic Party: providing Republicans with a number of cute (but not that bright) comfort women.

Nice, huh?

That's why I keep fighting - because I will be damned to the fires of the pit before I'll let human filth like that have the satisfaction of people like me drying up and blowing away.

(And to those who think I ought to just ignore this dreck and not say anything about it? I didn't put up with bullies when I was a kid and I am bleeding well not going to now.)
Now my power supply fan is making a weird buzzy noise. Just +!_(@#@* ducky.
At least I can tell it's not a bad bearing. There's not an ounce of rattle to it. No, this is plain old dust I'm guessing. My kingdom for a can of compressed air.
Reverend Jerry Falwell Planning an 'Evangelical Revolution'

(CNSNews.com) - The Rev. Jerry Falwell is launching a new organization called The Faith and Values Coalition, which he describes as a "21st century resurrection of the Moral Majority."

Oy gevault.
I hereby, and without reservation, apologize to George W. Bush for calling him the lowest slime on the planet.

Why? THIS is why.

Oh, my God..
It's absolutely typical of my day that whoever put together my other machine at eCollegePC wedged the power supply plug into the board so snugly I can't get it loose to remove the old power supply!
