I was reminded of this classic Grateful Dead tune by a poster on Sugarmegs, and it perfectly describes Preznit Chimpy McF*ckface's "surge" nonsense. Also after the cut is a cartoon by Ben Sargent that perfectly encapsulates the entire situation.
