Oh, for the love of all that's holy..

Republicans have filed a complaint with the Federal Election Commission accusing two Los Angeles radio personalities of "criminal behavior" for attacking a local congressman on-air and endorsing his Democratic opponent.

The National Republican Congressional Committee contends that ongoing criticism of Rep. David Dreier, R-San Dimas, by KFI-AM talk show hosts John Kobylt and Ken Chiampou represents an illegal in-kind donation of more than $25,000 to Dreier's challenger.

"This behavior is illegal and must be appropriately punished," the committee says, adding that violating the law carries a penalty of fines and jail time.

So let me see if I get this right...

If you bad mouth the republicans, you're supporting the democrats. If you're supporting the democrats then you are in effect making in-kind donations to their campain. Which under electorial law is illegal and could land you a fine and/or jail time.

I wonder how much of a in-kind donation they'd count that as...

Jeesus though, given just how much their trying to cheat before the election, I wonder what they've got planned for after it?! I mean, given how far sunk in denial they are they're hardly likely to give up without a fight, just because they lost, are they?
