It is NOT an open membership community for the simple reason that if I don't know someone wanting to join and they haven't been recommended, I want to look this person over before I go accidentally adding Far Reich trolls. I don't know if those are good or not. ;) I didn't come up with the coding, but I can do stuff like that by uploading, tweaking, and changing things around.
