It's absolutely typical of my day that whoever put together my other machine at eCollegePC wedged the power supply plug into the board so snugly I can't get it loose to remove the old power supply!

needlenose pliers may be your friend:)

i've also found it saves a lot of headache later if you break the little clip off the plug before plugging the new one in - then you don't have to worry about wedging fingers in there to squeeze while you pull next time:)
