I meant to imply that nobody but Bush would do something quite as monumentaily stupid or behave as arrogantly! I guess I was being laconic to the point of being cryptic.

hehehe...I wasn't sure how you meant it..as your previous post seemed to bash Bush and then this one seemed to admonish him....sometimes it is hard to read sarchasm...i apologize for my part in this miscommunication
