That whole veterans benefits bullshit is so pissing me off. Get this... My brother (who is a vet) was telling me the other day about their appointment scheduling nonsense. He used to have to call up to get scheduled for an appointment. They'd send him out a paper notice via snailmail of when his appointment would be. You really had no say in it. If it didn't work out then you'd have to call back and repeat the process. In an effort to correct this problem they now have a new system. You call in for an appointment, to make an appointment to schedule .... your appointment. Is that amazing or what?
