But that's not why I'm not on the air, tonight. No, tonight is one of my personal Holy Episodes of Iron Chef. To wit, Battle Porcini Mushrooms.
Mind, I'd be up for a late night show after it's done if you're still around. Figure about midnight eastern or so?
