I, being a middle child sent a card that I handmade hoping to garner the attention I so crave & that is always being hoisted upon my siblings of the male species.
I found some really pretty flowers for my mum...I love sending her flowers...it's just an extension of bringing her dandelions when I was a child. Only this time, she doesn't have to explain to me(after my fifth trip in) that, while she loves the flowers, they really like to live outside and she'll look out the window at them. (My mama is nothing if not a diplomat.:)
I'll send Mom an e-card, and then I'll take her a little something with me when I visit her in 2 weeks - I want to be there for the anniversary of Ric's death
