Tonight's menu -

Smoked grilled salmon fillet (Balsamic vinegar and roasted garlic marinade I got from Tyler Florence on Food Network)

Smoked grilled scallops (Teriyaki and honey marinade)

Don't know the exact fat content, but I'll lay odds it's pretty minimal.

Broccoli with hollandaise (Probably the only item with any real fat content, but the "butter" used is lite margarine with calcium)

What you might want to do is sort of make a menu for your day. F'rinstance, this is what I had today.

Breakfast
2 mediumish peaches

Lunch
1/2 cp of succotash (corn and lima beans for those of you who dont do southern food)
1/2 cp of vermicelli noodles with parmesagn cheese (roughly about a tablespoons worth Shredded fresh parmesagn doesnt measure well) and a palms full worth of parsley thrown in. and 3-5 oz of halibut steak baked with lemon pepper

Dinner
1 bowl (1 1/2 cp) of beef stew
2 buscuits

Throughout the day I had 3 caffeine free diet Dr Peppers and about 32 oz of water.

It might help you to keep a little notebook and put everything in there. Are you a taster when you cook? Write it down. You would be amazed. I have dropped around 100 lbs since I had Jason. I have been after Mike to move my excersize bike upstairs. Do you have a semi recumbant bike? They are supposed to be better as it supposedly has some effect on your blood pressure. I have one because I can climb on the dang thing. (the price of being short)

Take this with a grain of salt if its not what you want to do. Of course, you could always just tell me to piss off :
