I'm going to step away from the computer for a few hours before I reach through the screen and strangle the next purblind moron who (a) tries to sit up there in their goddamned ivory tower and shovel some bullshit at me about not "playing the blame game", (b) is some neo-con pile of filth (redundant, I know) who tries to convince the entire fucking world just what a swell job Dubya and his Far Right Freakshow are doing with the disaster response or
(c) I end up throwing my computer through a wall from a combination of either of the previous two.

Not playing the blame game, my ass. The fuckers are perfectly happy to "play the blame game" when they can point their fingers at anyone who isn't a neocon. Mayor Nagin, for example. "Our crappy disaster response isn't our fault, because .... uh ... uh ... because the hurricane was HIS fault!!!"
