Radio Nosferatu - State Of The Nose Ferret followup: Into the breach

Well, folks, into the breach we go. The new station playlist is being loaded as we speak, and it's almost three times the size of the previous playlist so it's going to take a while to load so I've loaded a couple episodes of The Hour Of Slack to give it time. It'll be a bit skippy while it's loading but there's going to be *such* a variety of stuff in the playlist you'll scarcely be able to believe it. I'll let you know when it's all done, but I'm excited and nervous.

I figure the "grand opening" nights for the new playlist and format will be, of course, Halloween weekend. But I'll put this version of the playlist into, well, play to see how folks like it. That means, of course, *when I post that the sodding thing is loaded and in play* I'll be quite happy if a few of you plug in and give it a listen.

Like I had said last night, this'll be like my show 24/7 and the requests will be on 24/7 as well. Now the station feels like *me*, and I like that. But it's not what I like that matters, it's what you like and please don't hesitate to let me know what you think (he said foolishly).

I'll update again when the playlist is on! Whee!

That I'll be uploading over the weekend and updating the request lists as well since I finally have a ftp program that can work with Smoky's firewall. I want to have all this stuff lined out and the bugs worked out by Halloween for the big grand opening.

You forgot the crowd I'll be playing for. They'll dig Buffett and oh my God do they dig on TMBG and I know I'll dig on some Jefferson Airplane.

I need to set up an FTP for people to make music donations or some such.
