docwebsterMy top weight was five hundred pounds, folks. Count 'em, five hundred pounds. I was reminded of this when I found an old notebook, yesterday. I had expressed disbelief. This was pre-LJ, you see.
This morning, children, I am 370.

I want to get back down to my weight from my high school football days which was 225. But until then, pardon me while I bask in the glow of 130 flippin' pounds lost.
