My top weight was five hundred pounds, folks. Count 'em, five hundred pounds. I was reminded of this when I found an old notebook, yesterday. I had expressed disbelief. This was pre-LJ, you see.

Then he does a whole rant about why is there special food and books for dieting folks. The simple solution often alludes us.
