Stuff is coming together over the next few days that could - to put it mildly - positively affect my family and I. This needs to happen, folks, that's no lie. I don't want my mom to have to go through another winter of standing out in the cold ringing bells for Salvation Army for ten hours a day and then go home to a house with no damn gas.

Yes, you can probably guess what this entails but I can't go into specifics just yet as there's legalities involved. Just please, folks, any vibes you can spare for my family and me would be very much appreciated.

I know many states have programs that help cover utilities for the winter. They aren't as publisized as food stamps but if you call up the food stamp office they can probably tell you if there is such a program in your state and where to fill out stuff for it.
