Even supposing that the foam was an issue -- which apparently it isn't -- it would still be NASA's fault, for not telling the greens where to shove their substandard tank insulation (again, supposing that it's substandard). Sounds like the whole foam theory is another case of too many talking heads and not enough (or any) information.
I must sadly admit to having taken the foam theory seriously. I keep forgetting that newsnits know as much about events in the Big Room as they do about computers.
