Dunno if he's noticed, but both Moon Unit and Dweezil have had the right, the option, and ten years past the death of the old man to change their names, and they haven't.

Let's not forget the other two kids - Ahmet Rodan (yes, like the Japanese monster, not like the painter) and Diva. Granted, their names are somewhat tamer compared to the older sibs, but taken all of a piece....
