It seems that at long last, Shock Treatment is coming to DVD as part of a box set with a certain other movie of note.

Yeah, it's an overseas (at first) release, but it'll be over here soon enough.

Thing is, it would still be PAL. Not all DVD players can handle it.

Most DVD players on the market today can handle PAL.

I still have my Fan Bootleg copy of the disc, taken from the Japanese Laserdisc via an S-VIDEO connection. It also includes the trailer, an ad for the Sci-Fi channel airing, and a tape of a shadowcast at the RHPS 25th Anny Con

I been doing this a long time, amigo. PAL, schmal. At the very least, the main movie can be converted.
