Okay, Bush apologists, spin this one

Capitol Police Sgt. Kimberly Schneider said Sheehan was charged with unlawful conduct, a misdemeanor.

That "unlawful conduct"? "Referring to the number of Americans killed in Iraq, the shirt read, "2,245 and how many more?''"

That's right, folks - this miserable sack of sputum and his thought police just made it illegal to wear anti-war t-shirts. I can't wait to see how the scumsucks and their apologists spin this to even vaguely try and explain how wearing a t-shirt is illegal. I mean, to heck with that whole free speech thing, right?

Her action was in poor taste, and if there is a regulation against protest inside the capitol, then the arrest does not distress me. However, if there is no regulation against protest inside the capitol, then she has my sympathy. But, make no mistakes, that *was* a protest.
