Rush is at it again, kiddies.

Note: Not work safe in that you'll need to turn down any speakers you might have on.

Thanks to [livejournal.com profile] griffen for alerting me to the fact that Rush Limbaugh is making even more of a colossal fool of himself than ever. How?

This is how.

Fat friggin' moron.

Well, I for one don't think he (or anyone else) has any "right" to have a radio show. A right to express his views, yes. But no one has an inherent right to that (or any) level of syndication of said views.

Yes, the sponsors are just trying to make money and sell their product, and they are free to financially support a show like this if they think it will accomplish that goal. I'm just as free to not buy their stuff if I don't want any of my dollars passed up the line.

So what's the debate about again?

*nodnod* I remember, a number of years ago, discussing why I didn't want to go to Carl's Jr (Hardees to the east coast folk) ('cause Carl was (and, as far as I know, the company still is) giving large amounts of money to Operation Rescue and the like) with my Nan...she said that it ws his right to give them that money. I said that I agreed completely, but I didn't want to help him get the money.
