In brief, Spidey, Mary Jane and Aunt May at this point are living in Avengers Tower. What follows is beyond hilarious, and I wish could remember what issue this was from so I could buy the goodness.
In Amazing Spider-Man #522, Wolverine makes a snide comment about Mary Jane.
Peter throws him out the window.
In more recent issues, they have a story arc where Peter died (and of course comes back). While he was dead, Wolverine rudely hits on MJ. She smacks him, and storms off. Jarvis asks Logan basically why he was such a prick. Logan responds that she needs to hit something, so he gave her something to hit.
While the above scene is excellent, the overall Marvel continuity is stupidly bad. And some particularly egregious blunders/bad decisions were made in the Spidey continuity.
Never, ever, argue with little old ladies. Because you'll lose everytime, and even if somehow you don't, you'll still lose... because really, who's wants to be the kind of heel that beats little old ladies!?!
