Tomorrow night, Olbermann is going to have a Special Comment about that miserable sack of crap commuting Libby's prison time. Oh, this is going to be *goooood*.
Wait a cotton pickin minute. At around 3PM CST, CNN's news ticker was saying the judge refused to let him free during the appeal( I was stuck in DFW airport waiting for my luggage. It was on. What can I say?) Now he's commuted the sentence?
You're still thinking as if the judge gets to decide. Monkey Face commuted Libby's prison sentence with his Presidential pardoning power. Because it was "harsh".
