Gaming amusement

Thanks to the persistence of a certain Buggy of note, I recently discovered Gametap and am happily immerse in Civilization 4 these days. This morning while playing as Roosevelt I managed to found Taoism - in New York. The slight incongruity of it amused me greatly and I was wondering what you folks would think would go into a "Tao Of New York"?
