Hrm..

I was listening to Radio IO yesterday and one of their IDs got me thinking. It said "We don't call an mp3 playlist on shuffle mode radio". You know what, neither do I. As some of you know, we're in the process of changin web hosts. I think maybe it is indeed time to change the station as well. Note, dear fiends, that I said maybe. So what I'm asking here is to try and gauge hoe many of you would be willing or able to record/podcast a show or do live shows for the station? By which I mean with actual talking to the audience and not just playing lots of music at them and never saying a word.

I'd like to consider it. Let me read up on creating a podcast. I don't have a plug in mic for the mac and I'm not sure the built in would be adequate.

My voice is on the high and nasal end of dorky, but I'm willing to give it a shot. I've been thinking of setting up a shoutcast for a while now.

Can I ask my sweetie if he might be interested too? He used to be a DJ in college and would probably love to try it out. And unlike me, he has a perfect on-the-air voice.
