Son of Well, now.

I generally don't talk about my weight, much, because I don't want people to worry like I know they would. Well, today I weighed myself for the first time in months and from my top weight of 425 pounds, I am now down to 380.

That's even better when you factor in that I've only just over the past couple days started doing The Slimfast Thing and taking in anywhere two to four time less calories than I used to. Go, me. Yay.

yay! ok, that's really cool.

although, if you're trying to lose weight, please try not to diet - i know this probably sounds retarded, but you should probably do a "lifestyle change" instead of 1/2 starving yourself with the slimfast. you still need the nutrition and the healthy stuff, and after the weight is gone, you cant possibly live on slimfasts forever.
uh, i hope i'm not treading on "none of your business" ground here, but speaking as an ex-anorexic/bulimic, diets are stupid. you just need to find a heating style that helps you.

er, that would be eating style. you can also find a heating style that is right for you when the winter months come upon you.

I quite agree. The problem with diets is that we can't wait to get off of them, and (speaking as a veteran of 'em) we often rebound badly. Far better to try to alter the really bad eating habits, eat a bit less, and ramp up the exercise wherever we can (getting off the bus/train early and walking a few blocks; parking a bit farther away and walking; taking stairs instead of elevators for a few floors).

Not a problem. That's why I put this out there, so I could get opinions as much as anything else. Ta muchly, as the Brits might say.
