Son of Well, now.

I generally don't talk about my weight, much, because I don't want people to worry like I know they would. Well, today I weighed myself for the first time in months and from my top weight of 425 pounds, I am now down to 380.

That's even better when you factor in that I've only just over the past couple days started doing The Slimfast Thing and taking in anywhere two to four time less calories than I used to. Go, me. Yay.

being number dyslexic...

your weight means nothing to me. however i have been both chronically underweight and overweight, both anorexic and food obsessed. the key to health is not slimfast (been there done that) mainly as any form of body starvation diets lead to once you start eating again your body piling of the fat in fat reserves in case you starve it again. hence they actually make you fatter in the long run. they suck.

the only thing to do is alter your diet to a low fat one that is very halthy and tasy and stick to it forever. for the rest fo your life. no more junk food. and exercise - at least an hour walking a day - brisk walking inc hills at the very least.
