My modem hath gone belly up and the backup I have is no great shakes. Therefore, I will try to do a show tonight but if it's anything like last night I won't put up with the backup random resynching. So mark tonight's show and my internet presence in general as tentative.

Define "modem"; the term is used these days to describe a variety of different things, many of which neither modulate audio nor demodulate it. Depending on what you need, I may have a workable spare I'm not using that I can send you.

Oh, that's not a problem. I'm getting their VoIP service on Monday anyway which will come with a new modem. It's just irritating having to deal with this until then.
