Anybody know of an app that'll disable a laptop's keyboard right at bootup as Windows is starting?

Secondly, I found a really good recipe for turkey nuggets (watch it) recipe that says to deep fry them at 375 for 10-12 minutes. Well, I don't have oil enough to deep fry so I'm wondering about doing them in the oven. Any of you fabulous loons have any ideas?

375 should about do it, then. Maybe adjust the cooking times just slightly or not, do you think?

Actually, deep frying is not the worst way to cook. If the oil is at the right temperature and the food is properly prepared it's just as healthy as any other cooking method, as long as the food is relatively nonporous.

I oven bake pretty much anything that is supposed to be deep fried. Still gets it crispy but without all that fat.

Yeah, it's not exactly the "same", but my touchy digestive system and arteries always thank me.

I am thinking definitely somewhere between 300 and 400. More on the lower end of that. If you have some, tin foil is your friend to prevent pan sticking and make cleanup easier. No ideas about time other than "keep an eye on it"... start with about 10 minutes and go from there, though I'm guessing overall it will take closer to 15-20.

I don't know squat about apps. However, I do know how to cook. I'd fry the things in a pan to get them brown and then finish them off in the oven on a baking rack so that any fat will drip off. YMMV of course.
