Take a look at the "ice cream". It's cat food. It just happens to be in an ice cream cone.

My made up animal cruelty backstory

They used industrial glue to permanently paste that little hat on. They also had the kitten's mother off to side with a gun held to it's head threatening to kill it if the kitten didn't eat the tiny ice cream cone instead of wanting milk from it's mother. That's why they put that cool music in the foreground to mask the pitiful meowing of the mother cat. In the end the kitten bravely tries to save it's mother by going off to the side and attacking the gunman. Damn advertising company guerilla tactics.

I understand your point. But in the end, just owning an animal as a pet is exploitation of animals that can't defend themselves, but I ain't givin' up my kitties. :-)
